Our Story

Big Mouth Egg Rolls was founded as a mobile food truck in 2017 by Sang and her family to celebrate her lifelong passion for spreading joy through fresh, homemade food. Born and raised in Vietnam, Sang moved to Ohio in 1973, where she has spent the last 50 years perfecting her unique recipes to share with family and friends.
